[UK-CONTEST] Short Contest Call Sign

Lets not get too pedantic about this. If short calls can be used in the
432 MHz section of the main contest and the same serial number sequence
is used in both contests the Trophy contest is clearly a sub-event of
the main contest. Short calls should therefore be able to be used
without a problem.
