Steve,

The sprint format clearly is not to every-ones' liking as shown by the sudden drop in participation when the RSGB 80m CCs morph into the sprints each August. It's a pity as this type of contest should come into it's own when really well attended and where the correct exchange format is followed.

I did my first RSGB sprint of the year last month (cw); most UK stations were the usual suspects but if only half of these took part in the EU-Sprints it would make that particular contest far more fun.
