Yes, very strong. I bought mine from Walters & Stanton, £26.95 and I got free carriage, looks identical, right down to the label and spool - love to find the wholesaler!
I used this to haul a LW up one of my Wellingtonias - 90 feet up, two of us could stand on this wire and it didn't break or even stretch that much.
