I was expecting a rule change that stated that all contesters on Sunday
mornings must use a nominated frequency in the 80m Band, alledgedly laying
claim to that Frequency since 1921 (or other acceptable date)in case they
miss their mates.
Exchanging contest reports and serials numbers is to be frowned upon,
whereas a discussion about Gall Stones, Haemorrhoids and Incontinence scores
points with plain rudeness a mult!.
Off to log yet more wood for the fires of hell that I'll go to for that one
!
Thanks to all for the comments re recording, I think you now know why I am
interested...

Subject: [UK-CONTEST] 2012 contest rules
Following recent debate the general rules have this morning been updated as
follows:
Any group interested in contests will be banned from contests because they
have an unfair advantage and are preventing groups who have no interest in
contests from participating in contests. Contacts between stations
participating in contests will also be banned to encourage contest contacts
between stations who are not participating in the contest. Trophies and
certificates will only be awarded to groups who do not enter the contests to
prevent groups who do enter the contests from winning them. No band mode
changes will be allowed at any time during the contest. The exception is
stations who are not participating who may make unlimited changes.
