[UK-CONTEST] Portable Generators

Been reading the mail re gennys in the last couple of days.

I have a chinese build 2.2 Kva petrol genny. It has worked  fine and has
been reliable. However, it is relatively large to transport in a car, heavy
to move by myself when /P etc and defintely noisy.
I used a Honda EU20i and an EU10i last year on a short /P Dxpedition and
they never missed a beat.
The EU20i managed to run a K3 + Expert amp and laptop on Eco mode much to
our surprise. The EU10i ran another K3 + laptop easily. Importantly, they
were RF silent.

So, I would like an EU20i but they are nearly £1200 so out of the question.
Other options are an SDMO that someone else mentioned and there is a
Hyundai HY2000Si. The Hyundai is approx £600 so still expensive but more
affordable.

Has anybody any experience of this genny and whether it's RF quiet.
