[UK-CONTEST] N1MM and IPv6

OK thanks Dave, and Robert M0VFC. The info I had was that one of the local BT exchanges had in fact enabled IPv6. I am beginning to go back to my 
original thought that something is not right in either the settings on my W7 machine or my BT Router.  (Trouble shooting RF problems is much easier!!)
