Thanks Chris for the correction on the link.
Indeed all the results are there but with several thousand listed it is very time consuming to be able to make comparisons.

Roger (sxw) used to come up with good info, eg G3ZZZ was 8th in eu on 40m and world 12th, so he maybe found a solution.

About the 'split working' I totally agree with K3EST's comments. To split on the crowded bands we have in WW is anti social. In the scenario you paint any weak dx stn wkg 'up' would soon be swamped by bully boys taking the frequency - he needs the protection of the pile calling to maintain that tx qrg.

Hi Brian

Your link had an 'f' missing at the end - all the results are there.

Interesting that Bob K3EST says 'split operation in a major contest should
not happen' - if you are in a rare location for WW CW with only average
antennas and power, this means you can't work anything on 40m, 80m or 160m -
maybe even 20m as well.
'Up 1' is quite a reasonable thing to do to actually be able to work
anything, even as a temporary measure. Others may disagree.
