[UK-CONTEST] Free Logger for all RSGB HF Contests

SD is now fully working and unrestricted (no key file
needed) in all RSGB contests (CW and SSB), including
SSB Field Day, and in certain other events.

If you've not tried SD in the last 5, 10, or 15 years,
maybe now's the time to do it.  It runs on any Windows
PC.  Download SD directly from www.ei5di.com/sd/sdsetup.exe
- you'll be up and running in 2 minutes.  The manual SD.PDF
(18 pages) is included in the installation.

There are two options for enabling SD for use in other
contests - with more than 200 separate contest templates
supplied.

The first is a "Once-off Registration" for 10 euros
(about 8 pounds) and the second adds access to future
versions released within 12 months of registration -
the fee is 20 euros (about 16 pounds).
