[UK-CONTEST] 80m Club Championship and log irregularities

The results for the June 80m Club Championship can be found at:

The committee must apologise for the late publication of 
these results.  This was because some log irregularities 
were found, and a Software Defined Radio recording of the 
whole contest was used to investigate.  It was discovered 
that one of the entrants appeared to have fabricated a 
number of contacts, and further checks established that this 
was indeed the case.

The protocol in situations such as this is that the 
appropriate RSGB Board member is informed, and agreement is 
obtained for further action.  A penalty is put forward, and 
the station in question is offered the right of appeal to a 
Board -appointed panel (not including Contest Committee 
members).  The consequence of this procedure is that one of 
the entrants has been disqualified from the June contest, 
and has been prohibited from entering RSGB contests for a year.
