[UK-CONTEST] Free Logger for IOTA 2012

The most recent free versions of SD, SDI etc,
dating from April 2010, are hosted by the RSGB
CC at http://www.rsgbcc.org/hf/sd.shtml

I have updated SDI (for the IOTA contest) today,
24th July, to support the new scoring rules for
2012. It's available from www.ei5di.com/sd/sdi2012.exe

The default installation folder is C:\SDI12,
but you can install it in any chosen folder,
whether existing or new.

When installed, it runs as V14.32.  No earlier
version of SDI scores correctly.  Note that SDI's
country and island reference files do not need to
be up-to-date for SDI to score correctly.  The
score for each QSO is a function only of whether
you entered an IOTA reference on SDI's opening
screen (to indicate an island operation), and
whether you logged an island reference with
each QSO.
