I was quoting the mindset of those who do not ID.
I don't use the internet, ever, while contesting.
and usually ID after each QSO.
It seems to me that non-identification is a natural
and legitimate consequence of permitting the use of
non-amateur comunications technologies in amateur
radio contests.
