[UK-CONTEST] UBN Errors

I think it correct that errors should be penalised even if the Serial
Number is out by just one. However since there are 10 points per contact
in AFS could the penalty for a small error be just a couple of points -
instead of losing the QSO entirely. I am inclined to think both stations
should be penalised as it is 50/50 who was wrong - unless a trend
develops with a particular station being repeatedly high-lighted.

In this year's AFS there were a couple of QSOs where I was not certain
of the S. No. and as the other station didn't wait for confirmation or
to give a repeat I deleted the QSO entirely.

I see no merit in replacing the present exchange by locator - the QRA's
of most entrants will quickly become known - and automatically filled in
by the logging s/w.

I had one serial error in my UBN - out by 10 not 1!
