[UK-CONTEST] UBN Errors

I have been thinking for some time that I should make an audio recording of
all my contests. The advantage being if I think I may have made an error
post contest, I can go back to the recording and check it. 

But if the UBN shows an unlikely error on my part then I can listen to the
recording and if I have been unfairly penalised because of sending error
then I can complain with supporting evidence. Would make no difference in
that contest but may be in the next the adjudicator(s) would view the call
complained about more carefully.

The UBN report could be improved by showing my logged time as well as my
serial number.
