[UK-CONTEST] IOTA Contest Rules for 2012

Hello UK-contesters

As with the recently-announced new NFD rules, it is wise to fully absorb the 
implications of new rule changes before commenting in depth.

However, one thing that occurs to me immediately regarding the new IOTA 
rules is that (for the Island Multi-op section which GM7V usually enters) 
the new '6 band/mode changes per hour' rule will change the level of 
enjoyment of this contest considerably.

The key to doing well in this section (in the absence of a Multi-Multi 
section) is moving multipliers rapidly from band to band where possible. If 
you are called by a rare mult, you always try to move them on another band, 
which in turn tries to move them to a third band.

This familiar sequence of events may no longer be possible under the new 
rules, or have I misunderstood the wording ?
