[UK-CONTEST] IOTA Contest Rules for 2012

Firstly I must say how very pleased I am to see the World MO section discontinued. I was very disappointed when it was originally introduced.

Secondly I agree with Chris. Each multiplier is worth 10 band slots so I can't see any point in penalising a station trying to achieve that. I think 
we need some explanation of the rationale.

- If you work a mult on the Run station and move him to another band slot on the mult station, is that one of the six?
- Is it over both Run and Mult stations combined or is it each station individually?
