This is just a holding answer to Dave's posting below....it IS meant to be "smaller". There is a valid rationale behind this and I will provide an explanation of that, either on the CC website or on this reflector, but it won't be until after the coming weekend as I am a tad busy until then! I'll also take the opportunity to comment on the issues around site boundaries and ownership raised last week.

I suspect this is in error, and was meant to read as per the new IOTA
rules:
"All equipment (transmitters, receivers and antennas) plus all
operators must be located within a 1km diameter circle or within the
property limits of the station licensee´s address, whichever is the
greater."
where 'smaller' is replaced by 'greater'. This allows people to operate
from VERY large properties.
