[UK-CONTEST] DX/Contest Expedition Insurance

Not strictly contesting but an issue that must apply to some contest
operations.

We are travelling to EU112 in July for a week’s DXpedition.  Ten in the
party, total costs of about £3k and about £15k worth of kit in a wee boat
travelling precariously over the Minch!

What do other groups do about insurance for kit and personnel?  Simple
things like shipping someone off the island in a non-emergency situation
would cost us about £400.  Lost kit, K3 Expert amp etc etc would cost
thousands to replace.

Does anyone have an insurance company they use and could recommend to us?
Also any experiences or pitfalls as we try and negotiate something sensible
would be appreciated.
