[UK-CONTEST] Important message from the UK Contest Reflector Administrator

I applaud and welcome the news but in the interests of my sanity and that of others I have decided to take a few months sabaticle, and therefore will 
not take up subscription of the new HF discussion group. Contesting plays a lesser role in my life these days so it is a good opportunity to make that 
break now.
