Don't overlokk the fact that rigs without CATcannot do this electronically.

I agree with Ken LVP that contests are becoming more a test of keyboard 
skills than operating technique.  Maybe we should include in the 
undertaking, that keyboards (and PCs) are out...????

Seriously I think we could get around a lot of problems by including in the 
rules an undertaking that there was no connection to the Internet during the 
contest.  That would get rid of clusters, RBN etc.  There could be an 
exception for the microwave contests.
