[UK-CONTEST] RSGB DX Contest Update

Thanks Clive. I've got a few comments and thoughts which I will pass on to the RSGB Contest Committee since they will be ultimately responsible on 
whether or not the proposal is accepted, whether the event goes ahead and any required changes to the rules. Best if we leave it to them now.
