[UK-CONTEST] New RSGB HF Contest... ?

If you look at the rules relating to contests like the 
Romanian,Bulgarian,French etc.& in particular the RDA they are all linked to 
awards
issued by their National etc societies.
In fact I have participated in such contests with a view to picking up 
"district" credits towards the various awards I am working towards.
