[UK-CONTEST] A different sort of 28MHz contest

Hi,
I'd support a UKAC style 28Mhz contest too, dates, rules, mult's etc, to be
decided. It seems odd not to do something at the "peak" of the sunspot
cycle.
As for airing views at convention, a lot of us can't make the Sunday so will
miss the Contest Forum. Having said that 45 mins is nowhere near enough time
to air the views of even a handful of topics. So please don't make any
judgements on the basis of this meagre slot. I'm sure you won't.
