This all looks very much like "work in progress". We already had too 
many different sources that were not quite consistent - the rules, the 
FAQ about the rules, and the separate page about *changes* in the rules 
- and now the live statements in the webinar seem to have drifted even 
further.

Other areas that they don't seem to address at all are:

* Use of "call history" databases during the contest itself (whether 
collected entirely from one's own previous logs, or downloaded from some 
external source ahead of the contest, or some blend of the two).

* Their own robot, which will warn about many kinds of logging errors 
and then will allow entrants to re-submit as many times as they wish 
(up to the deadline). This seems inconsistent with their tough line 
about post-contest corrections... or at least, with some versions of it.
