Log submission two hours before the end of the contest! Outrageous!
Something must be done to stop such activity - I propose new rules to outlaw
this. Log handling is clearly a part of the overall contest activity; those
who enter logs early clearly gain an advantage over 'proper' contest
stations, which operate for the full contest period.
What say all?

Subject: [UK-CONTEST] CQWW SSB 10m : G3TXF
Hello UK Contesters,
In accordance with the new spirit of getting the logs into
CQ immediately after the end of the Contest, I'm pleased to
say that because I was doing Single-Band on 10m (which was
pretty much washed out by 22z), I was able to submit my CQWW
SSB log a full two hours before the end of the Contest.
Meanwhile here are a few details....
