That's a great score Nigel, well done. Great to hear that Al FXB's record still stands, I assume he set that with his 4 ele quad and Drake Line. Would he have used a paper log?
When I was a student in Portsmouth, Al would let me use his station on non-contest weekends.
The signal strength of some of the South American stations on 10m was awesome and, to this day, I don't remember running stations at stronger signal levels.
Happy days.
Once again congratulations on a fine effort.
