[UK-CONTEST] SSB FD vs AA

I distinctly remember operating a SSB FD at GD0EMG/P during which we
decided to give out 2 exchanges whenever it was likely that the other
station was in AA. It seemed to work, and caused little confusion. Of
course you log what you're given, regardless.
