[UK-CONTEST] OT: German document translation

I can do Jim, probably will take a couple of days or so. I can imagine 
Google doing pretty badly with that one, especially since it is 
bristling with things like z.B. (or bzw) interspersed with references 
to a, b etc and a few callsigns. My translation will be how you would 
write it in English and not necessarily an exact 1:1 one.
