[UK-CONTEST] Where are the UBNs published

I can understand the CC not wanting to publish the detailed UBN messages -
some of mine are rather embarassing! I do also find Ian's description of
the adjudication process as being "public" at variance with my perception
of the process.

I would also add my voice to those requesting publication of logs, after
all the events take place in public. A downloadable zipped archive (or
similar) would be perfectly acceptable. However a decision would have to be
made as to whether the published logs are raw claims or adjudicated and
UBN'd files and I'd imagine the CC could be wary of such public data being
a fertile breeding ground for time-consuming disputes. It would be nice to
have an official view of log publication.
