[UK-CONTEST] Where are the UBNs published

Why on earth, would you want a UBN of a newbie operator to be published
( and after all aren't the RSGB CCs explicitly for them really )?

As an OF operator , if I make mistakes I can live with that, and frankly
don't care what anyone else thinks about me. ( one of the few upsides of
getting old ! )

But, if I were a contest newcomer ,especially in CW mode, I'd be very
disheartened and dispirited to to see my faux pas published.

CQWW is a big boys' event, so if you don't like the heat, stay out of
the kitchen, but RSGB training events such as these are totally different.

Openness and transparency should be assessed in context imo. One size
never fitted all.
