Will be running a 5-band (50-432 and 1296) effort with my 9-year old son Ryan, KB1KAM, helping out. First chance to try new 1296 transverter, so the 5th band technically makes us a full (not-limited) multi-op, but I'd say we're in the handicapped multi-op category - low power, indoor antennas, and a 2-el 6m beam at 20' on the deck. Thank God our QTH is in a valley at 296' MSL otherwise it would be too easy. Hopefully the precision (+/- 30deg) radio shack rotators will make the difference.

Be patient with Ryan as it's his first big contest. Let's hope for some band openings and listen for our CQ's as we'll be active 90% of the contest period. Look for us on 6 & 2 and we'll work up the bands from there.
