 I had a similar problem and I have the same beam.  You got to have that beam 
right on the other station you may have to move it back and forth to find 
them.  This beam M2-9WL has  a very narrow front lobe.  I have taken mine down 
thinkink about selling it and making or buying an smaller one like an 11 element 
or so.  GOOD LUCK
