[VHFcontesting] VHF Contesting: Fixing the Grid Circling

I think the main issue with this type of operation, which clearly is 
outside of the "intent" of the contest, is that the whole thing could 
be faked quite easily.

They could claim they did all of that stuff (traveling and making qsos) 
without actually doing it, and no one could prove otherwise.

I hate this kind of legalistic hair-spliiting in contests.
