[VHFcontesting] Looking for a good VHF/UHF rover antenna

Same here.  My favorite hill is 1000 ft ASL. It's a 45 minute drive for 
me. Bald Knob in southern Illinois is just about at 1000 ft but it is 
much higher above average terrain than the hill closer to my QTH.
