[VHFcontesting] Bursted Ballon

Heehee - Little Steven JUST did a spot on his weekly radio show 
commemorating Lawnchair Larry. But Lawnchair Larry was back in 1982.

I had kind of the same idea though - rig up a hot-air balloon with some 
equipment and have some fun!
