[VHFcontesting] Re 4 meters

The heck with 4m, I want 5 meters back!! We can bridge 6m and 5m and have a
REAL big band!! There was talk at one time about a band at 9m(around 40 mHz)
for hams. I think 2 bands is enough. That way the ARRL and CQ contests won't
be mirrors of themselves.
