1. Windows based (but extra kudos if Linux/LinuxLIVE in addition to Windows)

2: Stable

3: Simple, and willing to make it even simpler for the user

4: Underutilized by others, but wanting that to change that

5: Possibly interested in collaborating with the RFSport.com team
