How true.....how true !!

And, it is quite common to hear multiple CW stations calling CQ in the whine of passing semi-truck tires on the long drive home.

If you don't hear weak CW in the noise of the bathroom fan you spent too much time on phone.

1. If you still have a voice on Monday morning, - then you
didn't call CQ enough....

2. If you didn't suffer a high cycle fatigue failure of your
antenna cable rotator loop, - then you didn't turn your
rotator enough....

3. If you didn't add significant wear to your VFO, - then you
didn't tune around enough.

4. If you didn't do items 1, 2, & 3, - then you didn't work
the 10-20 unannounced, and possibly new to VHF contesting ops
that happened to get on for the contest....

5. And if you didn't do items 1 - 4 - those new ops may not
be back for another contest because they couldn't find many
people to work.
