Ron,

Thanks for the info! A PDF of what you have by either email or
conference delivery will certainly be appreciated. I will try the
Dexcel D432. This device was used in a Bell System TD-3 solid state
upgrade amp made by California Microwave. I use to repair these amps
and have held onto an assortment of devices used in them for many years
now. Seems I recall the clipped lead on the D432 was just the reverse
that of the MGF FETs. Will certainly verify that before installing.

I must have had much more available radio money back when I bought the
PAG 432 amp since it cost that much! I bought it just after it was
introduced, probably in 1980 from Maurry Mc Mahan, K4GMJ. He was a
dealer for several VHF product lines. I see he is still listed on QRZ
and is now bumping 90. Wonder if anyone know his status? Anyway I made
about two dozen EME contacts using the PAG432 and 4 19 element RIW
antennas. Still got the antennas in storage and am considering putting
them back in use on a short tower to see how much better I can do now
with the digital modes.

See you in Orlando!
