Hi,
To use Ping Jockey you have to be registered. Your interest, call sign and
exchange are
part of every message you send and on 'Earwigging' if you don't send
anything. Unless
you have an alternate ID you can sign in with you have spotted yourself just
by being there.
We did that a while back and ended up sending in a check log that year. It
was hard-
but it was the right thing to do.
As for HamIM- as long as the repeaters are set off its the same as calling
CQ on the air.
I don't think anyone has suggested ending that yet...
