I have for sale several TWT's used for commercial microwave at 6.125GHz. I believe they may work on 5.8GHz, depending on your modulation type.
 
The tubes are Varian VTJ2609 M6 , and come with tube, tube holding assembly, associated waveguide, and were marked as 10W out
 
The tubes were removed with HV cable and power supply.
 
The power supply is larger, but not very heavy, so this can be shipped.
 
$150 /set, 7 day exchange on the tube.
