Folks,

With the recent discussions on this list concerning distance-based
scoring, I got motivated to add such a feature to RoverLog. So
RoverLog now supports distance-based scoring (with 6-digit grids) in
tandem with existing scoring mechanisms. The score report looks like
this (sorry about the non-fixed-width font):

RoverLog QSOs by Activated Grid:
Grid	QSOs	Grid	QSOs	Grid	QSOs
FN12MM	1	FN12FX	2

RoverLog Score Summary, Using dist rover rules:
Band	QSOs	Value	QSOPts	Mults
10G	3	100	300	1

Grids activated: 2

Totals:	3 300	3

Claimed Score: 900

6-Digit Distance-Based Contest Scoring:
10G: 300 QSO Pts + 1028 km = 1328
Total 6-Digit Distance-Based Score: 1328

As you can see just above, you get a score following the 10 GHz
contest distance rules, plus you get the normal-style score further
above as well.

The byproduct of this is that RoverLog now supports 10 GHz contests!

I also went through and updated all other aspects of RoverLog so
they're switchable for 10 GHz contests.

This is brand new to RoverLog, so all you 10 GHz contesters out there,
please give feedback if these changes don't do it all for you.

Others, please play around with distance-based scoring for non-10 GHz
contests to see if you have other feedback.

To activate this feature for 10 GHz, simply specify the 10g.ini
contest file within the Ini Editor, or make your own contest.ini file
for your own rules setting. Current contest.ini files will display
distance-based scoring, but all other aspects of RoverLog retain
previous 4-digit behavior where appropriate.

Current users: thanks for your continued support of RoverLog. Future
users: maybe it's time to try it out!
