I thought it accurately pointed out the truth.

The winners will continue to find ways to win, even if it means buying a
"used ICBM", no matter what the rules are.  

Thus, quit worrying about the rules, discussing them ad nauseaum, and get on
with the competition... compete or fail.  The "spirit" of the competition is
to make as many contacts as possible, period.  Rover or non-rover.

Well, I liked Frank's writing. I thought it was funny and
creative. I thought it helped us look at our situation in humorous
