[VHFcontesting] My Log Submission Bounced - Using N3FJP

Hi Gang,
My log submission for CQWWVHF was bounced back. I used N3FJPs VHF 2.8 for
the contest. The main issue was that EVERY QSO came back as unrecognized due
to a date format problem. Funny thing is, when you compare what it wanted to
what I sent in, the format looks perfect!

Here is a snippet of the robots comments:

[X] FYI:  A sample QSO line for CQ-VHF looks like this:
QSO:  50  CW  2001-07-17 1817 W1XX  FN31    W2AJM  FN21

[X] QSO: 144 PH 2009-07-18 2200 K2QO              FN02   WB2VUO
 FN02
Line ignored.
I do not recognize '2009-07-18 2200' as a valid date and time.

Ideas?
