[VHFcontesting] Looking for old Think Pad accessories

I picked up a "new" old computer for the Rover last week. It is a Think
Pad, 390e. Old, but seems to work quite well.

I could use the DC power adapter, if anyone has an old one they are no
longer using. Preferably one that is reasonably RF quiet...

The longer story:

It has a 266 Mhz processor, 64 Mb of RAM, 6 gig HD, and believe it or
not, came running Windows XP! XP was installed and running, but would
REALLY bog down every time I tried to install anything so I dumped XP
and installed Windows 2000. Windows 2000 seems to work a lot better.

Anyway, the battery is dead so I would like to replace it. And I can
add up to two 128 Mb RAM modules.

The old machine has a sound card, and a real serial port! However, most
of the radio software I use will not work on this old of a machine. HRD
for example, says it requires a 500 Mhz processor, and WSJT is similar.
Has anyone tried running WSJT on a "legacy" machine? RoverLog seems to
do OK, so far.

I thought I would try the mailing list first, since many of you guys may
have one of these machines gathering dust, or in the scrap pile, with
extra accessories.
