If you reupload and change the mode, you will create zombies
(duplicate records that cannot be deleted).  But HQ says that doesn't
matter so, go for it!  :-)

Changing some of the items in a QSO record uploaded to LoTW merely
updates the record (CQZ/ITUZ/Maidenhead/Et Cetera) but changing others
(Date/time/band/mode/Et Cetera) causes a new record to be created.
