[VHFcontesting] Adding a band, which one?

222 and 1296 are close in terms of score production .. if there's any
enhancement at all 222 usually wins out.

e.g. in June the q points were about the same between 222 and 1296,
but in Sept I did twice as many on 222 as 1296.
