[VHFcontesting] W1RT/R (+K1RA) September final plans: corrected, and looking for possible 24GHz skeds

Assume we have 75mW (efforts to tame the 3W amp have not produced
joy), anyone north from Mowhawk that we might be able to complete on
24 with? Anyone interested in trying from any of the listed grids
