[VHFcontesting] [VHF] Does a Q with the ISS count in the VHF Sprint?

While I don't see a specific "bar" to counting such a contact in the SVHFS's Rules (other than the challenge of the ISS figuring out which Grid to report), I'd note that, in the "General Rules for ARRL Contests Above 50 MHz", Rule 1.7 states: "Aeronautical mobile contacts do not count" and a similar restriction is given as 4 (d) in the "VHF/UHF Century Club Award Rules".
Is the International Space Station "Aeronautical mobile"? Is this another "clause" that should be considered for the ARRL Contest and VUCC Rules?
