[VHFcontesting] June VHF contest: K7BWH rover

K7BWH rover trip to Oregon has been cancelled. 

It turned out that "as best as can be figured in advance" didn't include
health care issues in the extended family. 

I'll be Rover in the contest now and then near home from CN87 and CN97 as
time permits.
