K7BWH /R will operate portable in CN72, CN73, CN74, CN75 along the Oregon
coast.

While stationary I'll push up a 24' mast and use:

. 50.125 SSB - 100w - 5-el yagi

. 144.200 SSB - 150w - 7-el yagi

. 432.100 SSB - 50w - 11-el yagi

While moving I'll monitor FM simplex on 146.58 and 223.500 and 446.00.

My best guess at operating time is shown below. Mileage will vary. This my
first Oregon coast trip (I'm from Seattle). Also, the driving includes time
for some grid corner jockeying with WE7X.

Sat 18 Jan PST (UTC)

. 11 am - 2 pm (1900 - 2200) operational CN72rt, Cape Blanco State
Park

. drive and setup

. 5 pm - 10 pm (0100 - 0600) operational CN73th, Coos Bay

Sun 19 Jan PST (UTC)

. drive and setup

. 10 am - 1 pm (1800 - 2100) operational CN74wj, Waldport

. drive and setup

. 4 pm - 8pm (0000 - 0359) operational CN75xa, Lincoln City

For the latest schedule see the 2014 January VHF Pacific Northwest Activity
spreadsheet: http://tinyurl.com/n6dgbrc Or you can track me real-time on
APRS using http://aprs.fi/k7bwh Note that watching APRS may be considered
spotting assistance which affects your entry category.

I probably will NOT have 6m meteor scatter working by Saturday night,
terribly sorry about that. But if I can pull off a miracle, look for me on
WSJT FSK441 meteor scatter on Saturday, 8-10 pm PST (0400-0600) using
50.270, first sequence, grids, single tones on.

The Seattle Seahawks game is Sunday, but please keep looking for VHF
contacts during all huddles and halftime. <grin>
